My tenants are vacating on Monday 18th.
They will be removing their own gas cooker and have just sent a message asking where the 'cap' is for the gas supply pipe.
Am I responsible for arranging for the gas supply pipe to be capped or is it up to them to arrange (and pay for) a gas engineer?

(the question may be academic - I'm fairy certain that the connection is a twist fitting (like a light bulb fitting) but I simply can't remember - they have been tenants for nearly 10 years)!
