I wondered if any members could offer some advice. I currently own and manage a large property portfolio which is not leaving me much time for anything else. I've owned it for around 15yrs, I'm into my 50's now so it's time to trim it down a bit. Ideally I'd like to half its size but selling traditionally with vacant possession has proven expensive and time consuming. It could take an age to get the numbers down to where I want them. Compounding the issue is that they are scattered around the UK (sounded like a good idea at the time), predominantly 20miles above and below the M62 corridor with a number of 'satellites'. I'd be interested in any ideas on how best to sell. I was considering offering them in groups of 5 or 6 - pocket portfolios - through EA's local to them. I've never sold through auctions, any advice? Are there any investor platforms members could suggest that aren't predominantly populated by dumplings?
