My tenant is very nervous, Covid related, about allowing access and I sympathise. The GasSafe certificate expires in 4 weeks and should obviously be renewed in time. Is there any grace period to delay inspection renewal so that tenant can complete her vaccinations? I should like to delay for six weeks after renewal date
