Hi All

I have one tenant on UC and its get's it paid to me directly.

Last month i had nothing, so contacted tenant who stated she had started work and would pay via BT.

I have just checked my account today as it's due on 4th and i have another UC payment?

How do you determine who it's from?

I have several tenants on Housing Benefit who are due to switch over.

Would i get individual payments/ref for each entitled tenant or would it all be lumped in one payment in which case i would have NO IDEA who has paid and who has not!!!

It is simple under the older HB system as i simply get an encrypted PDF email, open it with password and it names each tenant, dates, and payment amounts.

Can anyone expand as i have searched but got no answer....
