hello,
I hope you can help.

I have a tenant that is due to leave in April and wants to extend for 3.5 months. Happy to do this.
The estate agent wants to charge me a new letting fee for the renewal. I thought it could roll over.
Tenants have been there over 3 years and estate agent charges me every year for a renewal preocess(8%). They don't manage the property. They only do tenant find and contracts etc..
Hope you can let me know if this is correct...

Thanks
