After 12 years we are selling off all our properties, had enough. 3 gone, one about to go and 6 left to get rid of.

We have one tenant that wants to buy from us. He works for Halifax as a mortgage advisor and can get a mortgage if we gift his deposit. That was a rash throwaway statement I made four years ago. Funny how he remembers that but not what goes down the toilet, to clean windows or replace the security light bulb.

Anyhow, is there anything I can take advantage of here, like no stamp duty, no CGT or proposed knighthood?

It would be nice.
