Hi all,

I am a UK resident opening a UK company. I will be the director and have 50% of the shares. I want to add one more shareholder, with 50%, my father, which is a non-UK resident.

Will that cause me hassle in opening a business account here in the UK? Will they need his passport, etc. .. or any other issues?

Thank you in advance,
