Good afternoon,
I am looking for some clarification on the Tenants Fees Act - in my old tenancy agreements there was a clause that "If the Tenant breaches this clause then the Tenant agrees to reimburse the Landlord and or the Landlords Agent any loss suffered, including but not limited to any penalty or fine imposed by the Home Office." - is that unallowed now?
