Hi everyone. I have sent an email to the 2 tenants on the joint tenancy agreement as there would be deductions on the deposit (unpaid rent; overstaying; property not left if same condition as when tenancy started; and broken items (microwave, missing kettle,...) but they mentioned that the deposit was made by their father and money should be returned to his count. deposit is with TDS and I’ve been told that the tenants are the ones to raise a dispute with TDS. Can anyone shed some light pls. Thank you.
