How do I get a CCJ registered? - I have been granted possession and an order for tenants to pay %C2£5K +. I have had the bailiffs come & they enforced eviction on Feb 18. My concern is how do I ensure the CCJ gets registered? - The tenants are serial offenders - not paying rent/trashing apartment/giving fraudulent details of previous landlords, but nothing shows up when they are credit checked. I absolutely want to get the CJ registered & as they are on Universal Credit how do I go about get the money they owe paid back via their UC?
