We have a property with no TV aerial but it does have a Virgin media cable socket that we assume works (previous tenant never said otherwise ). Our new tenants who moved in last week want a TV aerial . The letting agents who manage the property on our behalf tell us that it is our responsibility to provide an aerial ( there is nothing specified in the AST) . Is this correct ?
