I have a 1 bed (1984) property managed by an Agent. The Agent has written to me indicating that they are attempting to carry out NIEIC electrical inspections since March 2020. However they have advised that they have/will fail to complete this before the 1st April 2021. Where does this leave me as it looks like they have passed the responsibility to me!
