I am taking over the management of a property shortly that I own which has been let through an agent for 3 years as have not been happy with them, The current tennant is remaining at the property to continue renting, which I am happy with but does this terminate the tenants existing contract? or does it continue with me as the new landlord? or do I can I or should just start a new one from date of expiry of letting agent?
Thanks
Mark
