Check out, is it advisable by NRLA to send the tenant a checkout advice sheet/list? Homelet suggest this and state 2 weeks before.
Do NRLA have a checkout advice in the documents to send or a template?
Does the tenant need to be present?
What if the tenant does not hand keys back? Even though she has a new contract in another nearby property.
Do I hand an advisory document to her by hand, email or text?
