Well that's it, I'm no longer a Landlord!!
Properties all sold and the money is in the bank (well, in NS&I actually).

I've been a landlord for twelve years. I've been very lucky, never had to evict anyone and never had any properties trashed.

I have been a good landlord I think. I've always treated my tenants fairly, always complied with legislation and always maintained my properties to a high standard.

But I'm very glad I'm out of it. When the world opens up again I intend to take a very long holiday, somewhere warm and interesting!

Thanks for all the help and support from my fellow landlords, from the RLA and now NRLA over the years.
