Hi there, I%E2%80%99ve got a bit of an issue at one of my properties in Southsea. A new tenant moved in on March 12th, provided their id and proof of earning etc. Seemed ok at the viewing. However, as soon as he moved in, it was quite clear that he was dealing drugs from the property (an hmo) and allowing many people in and out of the house every night.

This has been reported to the police by myself, by the owner, and other tenants. But Hampshire constabulary say they do not send officers out for reports of drug dealing?

With the current Covid eviction ban, I don%E2%80%99t know any other way of bringing an end to this situation without a very long wait....
