A group of 4-sharers, have signed and Joint and Several, AST, in a 3-bed terrace house, one of the tenants has requested that I put a lock on his room, or if not he would like to do this.
Can I allow this, would it change the status of the house insurance?
This is not a registered HMO, merely a house share.
I personally don't mind, but am concerned regarding fire regs?
