Hi,
My existing tenant (been in 2 years) wants to get a small dog. I always advertise as no pets, they are suggesting the law has changed in this regard. I'm minder to say yes but suggest it would come with a rent increase (%C2£795 + %C2£15 = %C2£810) to off set the additional wear a tear. its 3 bed terrace and the rent hasn't changed since March 2019 when they moved in. I was thinking of increasing it slightly anyway. Does this sound reasonable and is it legal. Thanks
