When producing a Deed of Surrender to end a Tenancy early, must the Witness be present when the Landlord signs the Deed as well as the Tenants? Or, is it sufficient for the Landlord to provide the Deed to the Tenants and for them to have it signed and witnessed and then for the Landlord to sign the Deed at the property surrender?
