Am I correct in thinking that the changes to property EPC to 'C' requirements are still only at the consultation stage with the government, or is the 2025 date for new tenancies and 2028 date for existing tenancies set in stone?

It only seems five minutes since we upgraded to meet 'E' grading, and many LL were forced to sell off those properties which couldn't easily meet the grade or were able to be exempted (actually 1 April 2018).

I noted in the news today (link below) that a number of organisations were now approaching the Government and proposing a new timetable;

WHat do other LL think regarding this, and what is the NRLA stance too?
