Hello. I have a tenant who has missed two rent payments. The 6 month AST began on 1 July 2020.

She is genuine, but I do not see her financial situation improving in the foreseable future.

Her step father is a guarantor to the agreement. When can I reasonably expect him to pay the rental arrears to me, and probably the future rent as it falls due?
