How do I get money back from the tenants deposit

Our tenants refused to leave so we got a bailiffs order which cost %C2£121, the tenants left before the bailiffs came and we want to try and get the bailiffs costs back from the deposit. Also the property is dirty and there is damage but the letting agents have told them that everything was ok, even though we told them it isn%E2%80%99t. What do we do to get money back
