I have a plot with planning permission for a 3 bedroom 3 storey house attached to one of my other houses.

The cost of building the house is short of £100,000 and I find it very difficult to find reasonable development finance.What I have found has fees at £15000 which makes the project very tight.

Anybody with a good idea?? Thanks
