Prescribed Information regarding a secured deposit

I have just completed, but not yet sent, the prescribed information for my student HMO. To conform to the (confusing) rules of GDPR do I now need to obtain each tenant's approval to give their information to the other tenants? The deposit has been lodged with DPS and secured, also I am well within the 30 day limit
