Loft insulation.
Who is responsible landlord or tenant?
We had the loft insulated with rolls of insulation when the tenant took on the property but they have decided that they want foam insulation instead and have insisted I get it sorted ASAP as they are now finding the house cold.

I%E2%80%99m searching online, trying to find incentives out there but I%E2%80%99m at a loss.
Can the tenant apply to get free insulation or do I need to apply for a grant as a landlord?

Does anyone know whether they can get it free (I know not many things are in life but it%E2%80%99s worth an ask)

Any advice anyone can offer me would be much appreciated.

My tenants both work, no benefits are claimed that I%E2%80%99m aware of.

Thank you
