Hi - at my property, which I am renting for the first time, there is a shed in the rear garden. I have some garden tools in there atm. I understand I should not leave any electrical items as it is additional risk, but is it reasonable to provide things like a spade, fork, rake etc etc? On the understanding that they would not be replaced if broken? I have no use for them otherwise & I am expecting the tenant to keep the garden in a good state of repair....
