Tenants not leaving
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi All,

I am currently in the process of buying a property and the current tenants were due to move out today (tenancy end date) but are now longer looking to move out. They have always paid their Landlords rent on time and in full.

Just wanted to know on what ground has the Landlord got for this tenant to leave or can they just stay on until they find somewhere? What ground does this Landlord have to get them out?
