Can tenants move from a house let through an agent to one let independently?

I have two houses that I let, one through an agent, call this house A, and one without an agent, call this house B. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service given by the letting agent, but I am aware that even if I stopped dealing with the letting agent, they would still be entitled to commission as long as the tenants they found for house A remained there.
However the tenant in house B is about to leave. If I let house B to the tenants from house A, will I still have any obligation to pay commission to the letting agent through whom they rented house A?
