Owing to a change in circumstance I need the general maintenance and repairs of my four properties to be carried out by a one stop property maintained company. Do you have any advice on what I need to look out for when deciding which company to employ. Do you have any lists of preferred or vetted companies or are any of your members allowed to give recommendations. Based in the South Yorkshire area.
