Hi, please advise if I have to draw up an new tenancy agreement and provide all latest documents as one of the tenants has left and the remainder would like that person removed from the existing one?
Also the current deposit is with DPS, would you know if I have to request the deposit back and resubmit it again. Please note that the deposit is under the remaining person's name alone anyway. Thank you for your assistance.
