Hi All,

One of our tenants has an issue with water backing up in the house. Two drain "specialists" claim that it may have collapsed but we have await the report-which frankly sounds like a cop out. We have offered a hotel for the family as they cannot use the toilet/washing facilities. The managing agent hasn't been very proactive about getting stuff done and now they family have instructed a solictor who wants to talk to us.

Any ideas where we stand with this?
