Dear NRLA advisor,

I have potential lodgers who have Biometric UK ID cards with their status being 'refugees'. They have the right to work and live in the UK. One of the lodgers works full time in the UK at the moment.

At the moment I live alone and my Council Tax bill reflects that.

Is there any chance the lodgers can apply for any benefits or Council Tax reduction? If so, would this impact my lodgers agreement in anyway?

I await to hear your reply before signing any documents.

Thank you.

Best,

S
