Having run a Joint AST for 20 years (4 professional sharers usually in 20�s and 30�s) with shared kitchen and bathroom. I am wondering now about changing the set up to individual tenancies as more and more prospective tenants seem to be asking for this set up. Ideally I would like tenants to be responsible for sharing Gas and Electric bills. I�m very interested to hear other members experiences of how these individual tenancies work in practice? What sort of problems do you experience?
