I have an apartment with a tenant since 2012. At the end of 2019 it was brought to my attention by my agent that the tenant had changed the front door lock and not given keys to the agent or myself. This lack of access has prevented maintenance to be done I am aware of a serious condition in the bathroom which will need complete refurbishment.

I have asked the agent several times to resolve the situation but they have done nothing. I really do not know what to do next please advise on my next best course of action.
