Further to a section 8 notice issued to the tenant (discussed in previous correspondence 2.2.21; 16.3.21; 14.5.21). The tenant informed me last night that she has vacated the property. She has rental arrears of £3449.60 and has offered to pay back £5 per month if she can afford it. She is not offering a forwarding address and has asked me to contact her via messenger on Facebook. There is significant damage to the property i.e. front and back doors, bathroom window, as perceived from the outside, there is also a huge load of refuse that has built up outside the house front and rear, and the shed is still full and needs clearing. She is requesting to meet at the property as she has left some belongings in it. Can you please advise me what I should / could do please. Many thanks
