I have a court order of possession, and have served notice to the tenants so they knew the eviction will take place in 14 days. However, the tenants applied previously to set aside my possession order and the court said there will be a court hearing date (date to be announced lately). During this time, the high court enforcement agent said they need to wait for the outcome of the hearing before they can take further enforcement action.

My question is, the gas safety certificate expires in a few weeks, and I don't think the hearing will take place before the certificate expires. In such situation, do I still need to arrange gas safety check?
