One of my tenants in an HMO is causing a lot of trouble by playing loud music and smoking in the room. She moved in 23rd April 2021 on a 12-month agreement. The other tenants are all threatening to leave the property if this continues. I've spoken with her and asked her to be more considerate on several occasions. Do I have any ability to ask her to leave the property? If not, what are my options please?
