Would anyone have some top tips for renting out your own home for 2-3 years please? I'm starting a new job in Devon and want to rent out my house near Reading, so I won't be around much. I let out a flat nearby so have some experience of letting but there is possibly more to think about when it concerns your own home. And ideally I'd like to rent it out furnished, if possibe.
