We have a property where the EPC result is G with recommendation which will uplift it to F. So we cannot let it as a single AST where the tenant is responsible for utility costs. Whilst we plan to insulate and replace the heavy old storage heaters in the future are we still able to let the accommodation as long as we pay the utility costs.
