Now that the courts have re-opened and are handling Section 8 and 21's again I would like to find out if anyone has used Bailiffs or High Court enforcement officers to get a successful eviction as of yet. I already have a Possession Order (granted pre-Covid) and permission to take the matter to the High Court. The firm I am using are now pestering me to see if I want to contiue the procedure but strangely they seem reluctant to give me any time scales regarding how long it will take to get the High Court to give the thumbs up for the eviction and thereafter how long it will take after that to get the eviction undertaken. Seems a bit strange that they can't do this as surely now they have had some idea of how long things are taking.
