We have a tenant in our HMO who is disruptive and anti social. We have several complaints from tenants and neighbours about this tenant, she has had unlawful all night (all weekend) parties at least 3 times, of 6 plus people (not two hoseholds), she uses threatening and agressive behaviour and the Police and council have been called by other tenants previously, she has also been given 2 written warnings by the agents to moderate her behaviour etc. She is on a 6 month tenancy (ends 29th Sept 21) and we want to give her notice as other tenants are anxious, threatened and want to leave. How much do we have to give now for ASB and is it section 8 or 21, could we ask her to leave on her tenancy end date?! Thank you
