Can you provide me with a list of qualified persons/companies who can provide the necessary certifications to prove that a my obligations of ensuring my property is safe to be rented are met. I have a number of rented propertiens in London (Post codes E17, E11 and E4).

I would wish them to carry out a yearly review in respect of the smoke detectors, heat detectors, emergency backup, fire alarm maintainence, PAT testing, annual fire extinguisher maintainence (incorporating service of water extinguisher, service of CO2 extinguisher, fire blanket inspection, CAP tamper seal, guage test DOT, O ring for swivel horn)
