I'm not sure you can help.

I'm a landlord/freeholder.

I've been complaining to Clarion for a couple of years, regarding a leak and their damaged fence.

In my garage, it leaks due to the balcony is in disrepair. I want to get it fixed ASAP as the longer it goes on the more damage it causes.
The drain pipe for both balconies is on my balcony. So if I repair my side it will become a health and safety issue on their side as the water would build up with nowhere to go. I've been complaining for years and nothing gets done, just emails back and forth and told someone will come around or contact me and I'm still waiting.

I've also reported the fence that is in disrepair and my tenant has children.

I want to repair and pay for my property to be in good condition. I've had a survey done under the insurance stating the works that need to be done but it's not covered under insurance as I've changed insurance companies.
