AM I ABLE TO ATTEND COURT AS WITNESS IN SECTION 8 HEARING?

I have lost 3 decent tenants due to anti-social next door neighbour. The landlord is taking her to court for possession tomorrow and is enquiring whether I can attend as witness? Do the courts allow this. He has tried to contact them but can't get through. Obviously I am anxious to see his tenant evicted as much as he is.
