CALLING ALL CURRENT LANDLORDS & NRLA MEMBERS- How well do you manage your property portfolio?
The NRLA are looking at how landlords manage their properties and the tools you currently use to do this. Can the NRLA offer a service which is useful to landlords?

Initial conversations have outlined some key features. These include: tenancy creation and management, accounting support, property compliance, property advertising, and financial/investment analysis.

The NRLA research team will be organising several small online focus groups to develop a better understanding of the views and needs of landlords. We are looking for around 20-25 landlords to participate in these focus groups.

Focus groups will run for no more than an hour, and by participating you will be automatically entered into a raffle where you could win a £50 Amazon gift voucher, even if you don’t win, you could learn a lot about how others do it.

Are you interested in giving your opinion and helping the NRLA ensure this project meets the needs of private landlords? Our focus groups will be running from July 5th -9th. Sign up by entering your name, email address and focus group preference through this link:

All information will be confidential to the NRLA and will be anonymised before being used in any internal reports. Sessions will only be recorded with your consent.

If you have any questions, please contact us through this email: [email protected].
