I post this reminder about RUGG Reports whenever they come to my attention. Professor Julie Rugg surveys a number of Landlords upon which her reports are based. Not sure of the impact her findings have, or how her work reaches landlords per se! Hence my post.

Not sure how reliable her findings are when the sample is a small one. Her last report confided that the vast majority of Benefit Claimants paid their way. I couldn't take that as gospel because her source didn't seem to be based on DWP stats of LL applying for Direct Payments because of tnts rent arrears. to me as a general overview of the PRS from another's POV.
Not sure of its practical application, or purpose?
Rather like me putting CDM after my name....hope you suitably impressed by that achievement.
Younger colleagues may not be aware of that purple accolade.
