Posession Process
Possession - Section 8 and Section 21

Hi. I'm gradually working my way through the possession process and the tenant has just been evicted by the court baliff. There is some of the ex tenant's property still in the rental property. I have put a notice on the door to contact me to arrange to collect his property and given a date which is two weeks from the eviction date. Once this date is reached am I within the law to remove and dispose of the property as I need to do some work at the property to return it to a state for renting again?
