We have a house that used to have large conifers on all sides of the rear garden. We removed them on 2 sides as the trees were half dead. We left the ones on the rear wall but my tenant is getting a lot of abuse from their neighbor as the trees are not being cut by us on her side of the border.

I've tried searching for info in this, but all I can find is a height restriction,

We have offered to pay for the hedges cutting on her side, until we can find out if it is actually our responsibility to have this done.

Any help greatly appreciated.
