Greetings to all,
I have 1st handback & end of the month handover to new student tenants.

In addition to a file on site (basic info contacts dos dont's safety etc)

Would appreciate any experience thoughts on what to ensure on the handback - clean (reasonable) rubbish removed, all keys & electric key returned etc etc Deposit returned to old tenants within 10 days so need bank account etc - anything need to be signed ?
Same on handover any real world tips much appreciated.

Found very little guidance on this particularly re legal requirements /obligations -
Can be as simple as "here are your keys - heres your deposit thanks & good luck"

Thanks as always
