I am letting a house with 3 bedrooms to 3 students on room basis . I am not including council tax in the rent but i am including all the other utilities as listed on the room only contract (downloaded from your site). While all 3 are students there will be no council tax to pay , if one or all of the students cease being students and enter employment council tax will be chargeable. I don't want to be responsible for the council tax . Can this be handled by way of an addendum ?
